You agree to contact jbingo support and allow thirty (30) days for an attempt at informal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceeding.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. By using jbingo, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
